Off-Road cycling Borivali June 9, 2013

Love taking your bikes on Rough Trails? Love coming down the hill surrounded by green forest? this is not for people with weak heart, stay away from this if you’re scared of rocky, sandy tough climbs and crazily scary descents, no brakes gonna work here, only way to survive is to go through this.

Nagla Block (http://goo.gl/pQn3Q) is the northern range of Sanjay Gandhi National Park, separated from the main park by Vasai Creek.

Starting point is Dahisar Toll Booth (5:00 am)
I will meet you all people at Kashimira Signal (5:30 am)
We’ll reach entry point of Nagla Block within 15-20 minutes and from here we start the ride, you can ride yourself up the hill or push yourself and your bike, then come down.
We’ll take short break where we can see the Vasai Creek from a point, relax a bit and head inside the forest.

Total riding should be around 6-7kms inside nagla block (going into forest and coming back)

Road bikes and Hybrid bikes are not allowed as the path is seriously rough, you’ll not be entertained without helmet and safety gears, equip yourself with elbow and knee guards to survive a fall if any 😛
There is no drinking water supply inside, so carry enough water with you.
