About Ranthambore National Park-
Situated in Eastern Rajasthan, where the Aravali Hill ranges and the Vindhyan plateau meet, the Ranthambhore National Park was once the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of Jaipur. The rivers Chambal in the South and Banas in the North bound the Ranthambore National Park .
Ranthambore National park is famous for its tigers and is one of the best places in the country to see these majestic predators in the wild.
Day 01 – 18 june 2008.
Evening Departure for Sawai Madhopur by Jaipur Superfast Express at 6:50 pm from Mumbai Central.
Day 02 – 19 june 2008.
Arrive Sawai Madhopur at 10:30 am. Transfer to Ranthambhor Forest Resort. After Lunch, Jungle Safari to Ranthambore National Park and experience majestic wildlife. On returning back to resort, we shall have an informative slideshow on wild habitat of Ranthambhor. Campfire & overnight stay at the Ranthambhor forest resort.
Day 03 – 20 june 2008.
Leave for early morning Jungle Safari. Return to resort for breakfast. Some free time for relaxation & shopping. After Lunch, again we shall leave for a jungle safari at around 2:00 pm. After returning to the resort we shall enjoy Rajasthani Folk Dance and cultural show performed by local artists. Overnight stay at the forest resort.
Day 04 – 21 june 2008.
Leave for a visit to mighty Ranthambhor Fort. After breakfast free time for shopping & relaxation . Evening short trek for Birdwatching.
Day 05 – 22 june 2008.
Arrive Mumbai by afternoon with some wild memories.
