For the coming Weekend we hv a BEACH TRAIL planned ! Its designed around a lot of sun, sand, a beach house! Maral is located 1 km from Harihareshwar for many looking for a beachside getaway, the tiny village is a well kept secret!

Maral is a 5 hour drive from Mumbai and there we are staying at a beach house (bungalow)of the Joshi’s which is a 5 minute walk from the beach. We will be doing lunch in the neighborhood eateries (veg food available too) and then heading out to the beach. We will get cycles from 4-5 pm and we can easily go around the village, exploring the area, the boulevards will be great places to ride in. The Hari Hareshwar temple will be a nice place to check out in the evening and the short trek for the Pradakhshina of the temple might simply take your breath away (yes it’s a short climb, but the views of the sea from there are breathtaking!)
Evening can be spent on the beach and at dusk one can see the fishermen’s boats out in the sea and their lights shine like stars in the night. We are also planning a bonfire on the beach , in the evening. Dinner will be served in the house!

Next day breakfast and tea will be served at the house. Bask in the morning sun as we head out into an early morning boat ride into the sea-spotting dolphins or the sparkle of the Arabian Sea. Be back to walk through the village, take a dip in the sea (the beach house has open showers to dust off the sand ) or just relax in the Joshi’s bungalow. We will head out to do lunch at 2 pm and then head back to Mumbai .
The cost of the entire trip will be Rs 3500 per person inclusive of AC Travel, Stay, Food (lunch, dinner, breakfast and tea and lunch), Cycling, Boat trip into the sea.
