Assemble: 5.45 am @ Deccan, Outside KFC.
Departure: 6.00am (Sharp) by Private Bus.

Endurance Level : High.
** It is a long trek so participants should be mentally prepared and physically fit.

Contribution: Rs 700/- (Pune to Pune).

Includes: Transport by private vehicle, Breakfast, Evening Tea & Refreshments, Safety Equipment, First Aid (if needed), Expert leaders.
Excludes: Lunch and anything that is not mentioned in Includes.
Transport Route: Decccan – Karve road – Warje – Uttamnagar – Pabe ghat – Velhe – Trek – Rajgad – Back.

Return: 8.30pm (approx +/- 30 min)
Last date of Registration: – 22nd Dec 2014

Itinerary:
6.00 am: Departure.
8.00 am: Reach Velhe, have Breakfast and start Trek to Torna.
11.00 am: Reach Torna Top. Explore Fort. Start descend towards Rajgad.
1.00 pm: Lunch on the way (to be brought by participants).
3.00 pm: Reach Rajgad, Explore fort.
4.00 pm : Descend from Padmawati Machi.
6.00 pm: Reach Base, Tea & Refreshments. .
6.30 pm: Start return journey.
8.30 pm: Expected Arrival in Pune (approx +/- 30 min).

Things to carry:
1. Packed Lunch.
2. A ‘Backpack’ or a haversack (please avoid zola or sling bag as it becomes difficult to trek with them)
3. Shoes are must – Good quality Trekking /Sports.
4. Minimum 3 litres of water (Must)
5. Torch with extra Batteries (Just in case).
6. Warm Clothes.
7. Personal medication (If required). Basic First Aid will be available.
8. Cap
9. Camera (Optional)
10. Extra pair of clothes
11. Rain Cover (Just in case)
12. Some emergency food like Biscuits, Cakes etc.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register for any event following steps can be followed

1. Payment of Fees:
Kindly refer Payment procedure to make the payment for any event.

2. Filling up for registration form:
• For every event, the Event registration form should be filled.
• Separate forms to be filled for each participant.
• The form will ask for payments made, kindly provide the payment details as – Transaction ID for online transfers or cash payments references and Amounts paid.
* Kindly make the payment before filling the event registration form.
