About the speaker :
Dr Manjiri Bhalerao has taken training in History, Archaeology, Indology, Prakrit and Sanskrit. Her areas of research are Buddhism, Ancient Indian Art & Architecture, Archaeology, Epigraphy, Numismatics, Iconography, ancient Indian literature.Her publications include two books (as a co- author), eleven research Articles and thirteen popular articles. She is currently working as a Lecturer – in – Indology in Shri Balmukund Lohiya, Centre of Sanskrit & Indological Studies, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune.
